HEROIC finally made a move that makes sense on paper. doto is the right kind of hire, and MartinezSa is a real weapon if the deal closes. The talent was never the issue. The patience is.

HEROIC signs MartinezSa within three weeks, looks shaky for their first two events, then peaks at exactly one big tournament in the fall before management panics and shuffles the coach again by spring 2027. Same org, same cycle. doto deserves better. He won't get it.
