How Raider leveling actually works
Your Raider level rises from experience, and Arc Raiders hands out XP for almost everything you do on the surface: scavenging containers and ARC wreckage, dealing damage to (or finishing off) ARC machines, fighting hostile raiders, simply staying alive topside, and — the big one — extracting successfully. Quest and Trial completions pay out chunky lump sums on top. Early levels each need a fixed amount of XP, and the requirement grows as you climb, so the back half of the track is a much longer grind than the first few levels suggest. The practical takeaway: surviving and extracting is worth far more than dying with a full backpack, which is exactly why leveling and raiding overlap so cleanly.
